Product application

Mainly through the pulsed laser beam of the LCD screen internal semiconductor circuit micron size components cut and trim especially the passivation layer (silicon oxide / nitride) and metal interconnection to achieve the role of line maintenance, the device can adjust the laser pulse energy and wavelength for different target materials.

Equipment use

It is mainly caused by the internal line defects of the LCD screen, including LCD screen highlights, vertical line, horizontal line, cross line, half line, black screen, gray screen, screen thickness, picture jitter, uneven display, and a series of screen and internal line problems of the screen substrate.
